The Mission

To solve our proclivity for misery and self-destruction

McQuillan Method Explained

McQuillan Method explores the Cycle of Dis-ease and, conversely, the Cycle of Immunity

The Cycle of Dis-ease illustrates common habits, strategies and practices that perpetuate individual suffering and separation from the world. By uncovering our own habitual patterns that perpetuate suffering, we then discover the root cause of dis-ease.

McQuillan method maps the individual pathology of suffering. Once grounded in practical terms, undoubtedly the necessity to change reveals itself, and we transition into the Cycle of Immunity. If one does not acknowledge nor accept the necessity to change, they will remain in the Cycle of Dis-ease until they do. This is from where most of us live, behave, and make decisions. And this is the reason why we believe that there is so much human misery and suffering.

The Cycle of Immunity is the countermeasure to misery. It aligns our intentions, emotions, and actions in order to mobilize us towards a more conscious state of awareness. It is from this state that we discover and assert our values. Values provide us with structure and direction and are the counterbalance to the Cycle of Dis-ease. They are available to us under any circumstances, even in the most challenging of times. Part of orienting ourselves in the world is to define, articulate, and live by our values. This is what gives our lives meaning and purpose.

It’s with meaning and purpose that we’re more inclined to make conscious and responsible decisions that support our health. Therefore, The Cycle of Immunity is the countermeasure to the Cycle of Dis-ease.

Through a vast series of mapping processes, embodiment exercises, physical practices, and discussions, McQuillan Method guides you into a full understanding of your own personal cycle.

When we identify our internal language and proclivity for self-sabotage, only then can then choose something different.
